At MatericaSHOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furnishings; if a piece isn't the right fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MatericaSHOP account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original protective packaging and include all assembly hardware and manuals to ensure a safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
